Kelly Barry O'Brien Whelan was established in 1959. Our first office was opened by Jim Barry and Denis Kelly on the South Mall in Cork.

Since then we have been responsible for many significant private and public sector projects in Munster.

In 1995, we acquired the Cork-based practice of P. Whelan and Company, adding a significant portfolio of projects in the Munster area to the practice.

Today our practice continues to grow. It is headed up by Joe O'Brien and Sarah Kelly who have recently relocated KOBW to state-of-the-art offices in Blackpool, Cork.

A mixture of young and talented architects and technicians combined with a wealth of experience in most major building types and a discreet knowledge of the local business scene ensures a first-class service to our clients.
